Suzanne Gagnon
Suzanne Gagnon has extensive experience as a human resources and corporate affairs executive working for multinational companies such as Pratt & Whitney Canada (UTC), Cirque du Soleil, BCE Media and Glaxo Wellcome [now GlaxoSmithKline]. After leading DDI’s consulting practice in Canada, she founded her own firm specialized in organizational strategies. Suzanne is a change agent with an in-depth understanding of the role that the HR and OD functions must play. She counts a number of significant accomplishments to her credit, ranging from business transformations to community relations. Fluent in French and English she is a certified facilitator and CHRP (CHRA with Quebec HR Association).
Marie-Claude Perrault
Marie-Claude is passionate about sharing her expertise in Communication, Coaching and Change Management with corporations who want to develop dynamic and productive work teams. She helps managers and their teams discover, develop and align their strengths with their company’s goals. After 15 years experience as a senior consultant and team leader for a global management consulting firm, Marie-Claude founded
MANGO, Strategic Intervention. She has received awards from the International Association of Business Communicators, Benefits Canada Magazine and the Quebec Public Relations Society. Fluent in French and English, she is an accredited professional trainer and a member of the Quebec HR Association.

After holding leadership positions at Coca Cola and Red Bull, Jonathan founded
Catalyst Coaching to continue his commitment to making a difference for companies and the individuals within them. He draws on business, psychological and behavioural science principles to help companies become more engaging and inspirational places in which to work, as well as creating real ‘light bulb’ moments of learning for all employees. Jonathan is an Associate Certified Coach and his specialities include executive and personal coaching, emotional intelligence, leadership and coaching skills development. Lea Belair is a thought leader in transformational change. She is a partner at the
Coaching Center of Vermont, Inc., spearheading the Vital Business Division. Lea is past faculty for the University of Vermont, Vermont Business Center and several coaching schools. Her book
Walk on Water: How to Make Change Easier has been taught as an ICF accredited coaching course and is now an online learning program. As an author, coach, speaker and trainer, Lea specializes in inspiring and empowering leaders and managers to thrive in the question mark of change. Lea has over 30 years accumulated experience in the manufacturing, retail, fashion, health, communication, non-profit and entrepreneurial sectors. Lea’s latest passion is growing the Coaching Center of Vermont to a one stop shop for customized coaching, training and culture change initiatives.
Deb Chisholm, M.Ed., BCC
Deb Chisholm is a life-long professional in education and has worked closely with her teaching colleagues for 38 years. Her strengths-based approach to teaching, learning and coaching began with her studies 30 years ago in Adlerian Psychology, Reality Therapy and Cooperative Learning. She facilitated many Teacher Study Groups, and taught graduate courses in Cooperative Learning for the University of Vermont. More recently Deb has engaged in studying Responsive Classroom, Professional Learning Communities, and Life Coaching. She has been a passionate advocate for teacher empowerment and leadership in advancing positive changes in school communities She has been an elementary teacher, middle school counselor, undergrad & graduate level instructor, and PLC facilitator. Her world has been enriched by the diversity, compassion and creativity of those she has developed relationships with through all these experiences. Deb has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, a Master’s in School Counseling, certification as a Retirement Options Coach, and her BCC with extensive MentorCoach and IAC Masteries training.
Rita Hummel Crowe
Rita Hummel Crowe, Principal at
LEAP Leadership Advantage, is an Executive Coach and Business Consultant who believes in building relationships people can count on through enhanced leadership skills and richer communication. With over 15 years in line management within Hewlett Packard and other corporations, 14 years of leadership experience in nonprofit organizations, including ten years in leadership development and executive coaching, she knows the unique realities of both corporate and nonprofit environments and fashions powerful programs using the best approaches from both worlds. Rita also serves on the adjunct faculties of the Center for Creative Leadership and the National Leadership Institute at the University of Maryland, where she earned her M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting.

Alyse McConnell is the founder of
JoyWork Coaching and Consulting and co-founder of Healthcare Coaching Services. Her commitment to coaching and its benefits stems from her two decades of experience as a corporate manager, entrepreneur and trainer. During her tenures in large and small companies and as a business owner herself, Alyse realized that the missing ingredient in transforming businesses was often the transformation of the people! This knowledge that coaching provides the opportunity to create possibility and positive change for individuals and the whole organization led to Alyse’s role as part of the Leader Team of Accomplishment Coaching’s Coach Training Program. Keith Michaelson
For more than 25 years, Keith Michaelson has worked with leadership teams to design and facilitate performance turnaround and cultural change programs in financial services companies, manufacturing businesses and major electric utilities. As part of his professional practice, Keith also regularly provides one-on-one executive coaching, both on a stand-alone basis and as part of broader consulting programs. Keith helps businesses develop their internal consulting resources and provides support to staff groups attempting to increase their impact on business results. For many years, he led the Schaffer Consulting High-Impact Consulting workshop program. Keith earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Brown University, an MBA from the Yale School of Management, and an MA in Professional Development/Executive Coaching from Middlesex University, London.
